  • As an investment banker, he has performed more than 40 M&A operations since 2007, in the last years in collaboration with the M&A International network.
  • He combines experience both in operations industrial companies and in consultancy and advisory.
  • In recent years he has completed cross-border transactions in the machinery, engineering, professional services and food sectors.
